Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workday Senior HRIS Analyst to support and enhance their Workday HCM, Payroll, and Absence modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday HCM, Payroll, and UKG Timekeeping modules
- Configure and maintain payroll rules and ensure compliance with US and UK statutory requirements
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Legal, and IT teams to document business requirements and assess functional impacts of configuration decisions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- At least 4 years of Business Analyst experience focused on Workday Payroll and UKG Timekeeping for US and UK
- Demonstrated expertise in Workday and UKG to design and present solutions to stakeholders
- Experience with US and UK HCM, Payroll, and Time and Attendance systems
- Strong business analysis skills including requirements definition and test planning
