Workday Senior HRIS Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst with a focus on Workday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead process discovery workshops and requirement gathering sessions to identify business gaps and opportunities
• Develop scalable solutions on the Workday platform for HR teams
• Support reporting needs and design analytics solutions on the Workday platform

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of configuration and administration experience on the Workday platform
• Strong working knowledge of core HR business processes
• Experience in configuration, implementation, and supporting Workday solutions
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Prior consulting experience or business process mapping experience is a plus
