Workday Senior Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Senior Manager (HCM, Payroll, Finance & Supply Chain).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor teams of Workday Analysts in HCM, Payroll, Finance, and Supply Chain
• Serve as a client-facing delivery lead and oversee project timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation
• Provide strategic input on Workday solution design, configuration, and enhancements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of Workday experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Demonstrated success in managing ERP teams or large-scale Workday implementations
• Strong understanding of at least two core Info Modules: HCM, Payroll, Financials, or Supply Chain
• Workday certification in the relevant module is a plus
