Workday Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing full lifecycle Workday HCM, Finance, and SCM deployment projects, the full-time remote Workday Senior Project Manager will ensure successful implementation, drive client engagement, and oversee project deliverables while adhering to budgetary constraints.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage Workday deployment projects using established methodologies
• Collaborate with client project managers to resolve issues impacting project scope and timelines
• Provide guidance and mentoring to consulting resources throughout the implementation process

Required qualifications

• Experience managing at least two full lifecycle Workday HCM, Financials, or SCM implementation projects
• Extensive experience leading projects for medium to large complex organizations
• Experience implementing Workday or similar applications such as Oracle/PeopleSoft or SAP
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; Workday EM/PM Certification preferred
• Healthcare industry experience preferred
