Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and report on software testing for development and maintenance phases
• Develop comprehensive test plans and procedures based on system specifications and user requirements
• Document and report defects, ensuring proper prioritization and escalation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related discipline
• At least 3 years of software testing experience
• At least 1 year of HRMS experience
• Experience creating test scripts based on user stories and development tasks
• Knowledge of Test Management and Automation toolsets
