Key Responsibilities

Transform business requirements into scalable solution architecture and design specifications
Lead the design and implementation of significant applications and optimize core Workday ERP & HCM applications

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or post-graduate degree in IT, computer science, software engineering, or equivalent
10+ years of technology experience with a strong emphasis on Workday
Knowledge of all phases of the software development life cycle and solution delivery
Proven experience as an architect, project manager, or developer
Certificates demonstrating knowledge and competency in relevant areas
