Workday Solution Architect

Job Summary

To support the design and governance of secure Workday integrations and security frameworks, the full-time remote Workday Solution Architect will manage end-to-end architecture, oversee solution delivery, and ensure compliance with security standards while collaborating with HR, IT, and third-party vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the architecture for Workday integrations and security design
• Lead the full lifecycle delivery of integrations from requirements through deployment
• Ensure all solutions meet internal security policies and audit requirements

Required qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in enterprise applications, preferably Workday
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and APIs
• Deep understanding of Workday security frameworks and secure integration design
• Experience supporting global or multi-country HCM integrations
• Proven experience leading complex technical solutions end-to-end
