Workday Solutions Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Solutions Architect to join their internal team full-time.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and design Workday HCM architecture for new implementations and integrations
• Provide detailed estimates for development, configuration, and integration work
• Oversee technical design sessions and ensure adherence to best practices

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Workday experience, including solution architecture and technical leadership roles
• Proven ability to estimate effort and complexity for Workday projects accurately
• Expertise in Workday HCM, including Core HR, Compensation, and Benefits
• Strong understanding of Workday integration tools and APIs
• Experience with Workday reporting and calculated fields
