Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Solutions Architect to lead the design and optimization of Workday solutions in global organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workday HCM solution architecture for global implementations and HR transformations
• Serve as the functional and technical architecture lead across various Workday modules
• Design scalable enterprise Workday architectures and oversee integrations and data governance

Required Qualifications

• Progressive experience in HRIS and Workday with senior-level ownership of solution design
• Demonstrated experience as a Workday Solutions Architect or similar role in large-scale implementations
• Deep expertise in Workday HCM modules including Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll
• Proven success in leading multi-phase global deployments and workforce conversions
• Strong background in post-go-live governance and designing secure Workday architectures
