Workday Solutions Architect

Job Summary

To support the technical foundation of Zip's ERP and integration ecosystem, the full-time remote Workday Solutions Architect will design and standardize Workday Financials integrations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive best practices for scalable customer implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and standardize Workday integrations, ensuring robust and repeatable customer implementations
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to align integration templates with product architecture and customer needs
• Analyze complex customer implementations to create reusable data mapping patterns and convert bespoke solutions into standardized assets

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience delivering integrations with Workday Financials
• Strong knowledge of Workday Financials business processes and the Foundation Data Model (FDM)
• Familiarity with Workday integration methods and tools, such as Workday Studio and EIBs
• Experience with XML/REST based endpoints and standard authentication protocols
• Past experience in ERP implementation, integration, configuration, or administration
