Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIT Workday Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine and implement the strategic direction of the Workday solution and HR systems
• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing advice and guidance on Workday functionality and debugging
• Design and implement standard processes to maximize self-service opportunities and manage change activities

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Workday and HR best practices
• Experience with HR systems solutions, particularly in security functionality
• Ability to train employees on HR systems
• Experience in developing Service Level Agreements and implementation plans
• Strong relationship-building skills across HR teams
