Job Summary
To support a dynamic HR Technology team, the fully remote Workday Specialist will provide expert support for Workday Compensation and Benefits modules, manage integrations with PeopleSoft, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance HR processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide expert support for Workday Compensation and Benefits modules, ensuring seamless operation and integration
- Assist in configuring and enhancing Workday functionalities, addressing issues, and optimizing processes
- Facilitate data movement and integration between Workday and PeopleSoft, ensuring effective communication across platforms
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Workday, particularly in Compensation and Benefits
- Proven experience as a Workday technical administrator with a strong understanding of HR processes
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and enhancing Workday processes
- Ability to work independently in a complex enterprise environment
- Experience collaborating effectively with technical teams and consultants
