Job Summary

Supporting the HR Technology team in a fully remote capacity, the Workday Specialist will provide expert assistance in Workday Compensation and Benefits, manage integrations with PeopleSoft, and optimize HR processes through collaboration with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide expert support for Workday Compensation and Benefits modules, ensuring seamless operation and integration
  • Assist in configuring and enhancing Workday functionalities while troubleshooting and optimizing processes
  • Facilitate data movement and integration between Workday and PeopleSoft, collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Workday, particularly in Compensation and Benefits
  • Proven experience as a Workday technical administrator with a strong understanding of HR processes
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and enhancing Workday processes
  • Ability to work independently in a complex enterprise environment
  • Experience collaborating effectively with technical teams and consultants
