Key Responsibilities

• Utilize data to assign over 250 consultants to projects based on skill match and availability
• Manage a team of Staffing Analysts and conduct resource planning sessions for project demands
• Develop scheduling strategies to improve efficiency and collaborate with project managers on staffing needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Staffing Analyst or in an Internal Resource Management role
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Workday consulting or schedule management experience is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Google Suite
