Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Student Financials Architect / Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect solutions by designing, configuring, and deploying Workday Student to address challenges in higher education
• Lead client sessions to assess needs and provide best practice advice while adapting to changing requirements
• Manage project scope and quality while mentoring junior team members and driving innovation in practices

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in the Workday ecosystem, including implementation and post-production roles
• Expertise in Workday Student Core, Security, and Reporting, along with at least one other specialty area
• Proven experience leading projects from scoping to go-live, managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively
• Strong desire to work in a small team environment with minimal bureaucracy
