Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Student Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and optimize processes within the respective module to align with institutional goals
• Document business and functional requirements for new features and system enhancements
• Collaborate with student services, IT, and stakeholders to ensure systems meet user and business needs

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with higher education student systems such as Workday Student or similar platforms
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to bridge technical and functional perspectives
• Experience in documenting and communicating business requirements effectively
• Knowledge of best practices within student services areas like Admissions or Financial Aid
• Ability to work independently and as part of a transformation team
