Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Support Analyst, open to remote work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day Workday HCM requests, troubleshooting configuration and business process issues
  • Assist with testing, documentation, and deployment of Workday changes and releases
  • Create and maintain job aids, documentation, and training materials for HR Analysts
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of hands-on Workday HCM administration experience
  • Strong understanding of human resources processes and data
  • Experience designing and configuring multiple Workday modules
  • Knowledge of Workday Business Process Framework
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
