Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workday Support Analyst, open to remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day Workday HCM requests, troubleshooting configuration and business process issues
- Assist with testing, documentation, and deployment of Workday changes and releases
- Create and maintain job aids, documentation, and training materials for HR Analysts
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on Workday HCM administration experience
- Strong understanding of human resources processes and data
- Experience designing and configuring multiple Workday modules
- Knowledge of Workday Business Process Framework
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
