Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workday Payroll/Finance/HCM Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Document, support, and improve IT systems and processes while providing training
- Address and resolve incoming tickets and requests, analyzing trends for improvements
- Lead user training sessions and develop training materials for end-users
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in a corporate environment
- Minimum 4 years experience in IT support for custom applications
- Associate Degree or equivalent experience
- Workday Certified in multiple SKU
- Advanced proficiency in MS suite
