Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Payroll/Finance/HCM Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document, support, and improve IT systems and processes while providing training
  • Address and resolve incoming tickets and requests, analyzing trends for improvements
  • Lead user training sessions and develop training materials for end-users
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a corporate environment
  • Minimum 4 years experience in IT support for custom applications
  • Associate Degree or equivalent experience
  • Workday Certified in multiple SKU
  • Advanced proficiency in MS suite
