Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday System Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the integrity of the Workday environment and implement automated business process flows
• Collaborate with internal customers to define deployment expectations and improve workflows
• Provide support and training for the Workday system through documentation and service requests

Required Qualifications

• Technical expertise in data management and system-related security
• Experience in HCM systems, Finance, IT, or CRM systems in a technical support role
• Ability to learn and maintain other HCM systems as needed
• Knowledge of HR Data Privacy and compliance with data privacy regulations
• Self-starter with a strong desire to seek optimal solutions
