Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Workday Systems Administrator to join their HR Technology team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Workday modules, focusing on Payroll, Benefits, Absence, and Time Tracking
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday Payroll and Benefits configurations
- Design, build, and maintain Workday reports and dashboards using Report Writer
Required Qualifications:
- 7-14 years of experience with Workday HCM, particularly in Payroll and Benefits
- Strong experience in building Workday reports and calculated fields
- Demonstrated experience across Workday modules, including Core HCM and Absence
- Solid understanding of payroll processes and benefits administration
- Strong analytical skills and experience in HR systems best practices
