Workday Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Driving enhancements and optimization of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), the full-time Workday Systems Analyst will collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance to ensure seamless digital experiences while maintaining and configuring business processes and troubleshooting functional issues, with the option to work remotely from anywhere in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Apply technical knowledge of Workday modules and maintain business processes, validations, and notifications
• Troubleshoot functional issues and collaborate with integration teams to resolve cross-platform issues
• Translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions and support testing across interconnected systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• 3+ years of Workday configuration experience, including Core HCM and at least two additional modules
• Ability to troubleshoot issues involving Workday and complex ERP systems
• Strong consultative problem-solving skills and understanding of integration flows
• Project management or organizational change management skills (certification a plus)
