Workday Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support application development and deployment, the remote Workday Systems Analyst will translate business requirements into technical specifications, engage in system configuration, and assist in testing phases while ensuring operational readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
• Engage with engineers to design and configure solutions while documenting technical requirements
• Assist in testing and participate in user acceptance testing phases, updating technical specifications as needed

Required qualifications

• Experience with Workday systems and configurations
• Proficiency in translating business requirements into technical documentation
• Knowledge of ITIL processes for incident management and application support
• Familiarity with testing methodologies and user acceptance testing
• Strong understanding of system features and technology standards
