Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workday Talent Acquisition Manager to manage full-cycle recruiting for Workday talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote the Workday Practice and engage with candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop recruiting plans
- Manage job descriptions, requisitions, and candidate pipelines while ensuring a positive candidate experience
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of full-life cycle recruiting experience, including 1 year recruiting Workday Consultants
- AIRS certification preferred
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday ATS, and MS Office
- Experience sourcing passive candidates in the Workday ecosystem
- Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and adapt to changing environments
