Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Talent Acquisition Manager to manage full-cycle recruiting for Workday talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote the Workday Practice and engage with candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop recruiting plans
  • Manage job descriptions, requisitions, and candidate pipelines while ensuring a positive candidate experience

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of full-life cycle recruiting experience, including 1 year recruiting Workday Consultants
  • AIRS certification preferred
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday ATS, and MS Office
  • Experience sourcing passive candidates in the Workday ecosystem
  • Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and adapt to changing environments
