Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Talent & Learning Lead Consultant to support remote engagements on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead configuration, optimization, and advisory efforts across Workday Talent and Learning modules
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions
• Utilize hands-on leadership experience and active Workday certifications

Required Qualifications

• Active Workday Talent Certification
• Active Workday Learning Certification
• Prior experience serving as a Lead on Workday implementations or optimizations
• Experience leading or supporting Workday Peakon is preferred
• Prior remote consulting experience is preferred
