Workday Talent Consultant

Job Summary

To support an upcoming performance review cycle, the part-time Workday Talent & Performance Consultant will configure, test, and assist with performance review functionality within Workday while collaborating with internal teams remotely for approximately 20-30 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and test Workday Talent and Performance functionality for the performance review cycle
• Support various performance review processes, including self-assessments and manager reviews
• Partner with internal stakeholders to validate requirements, troubleshoot issues, and assist with process readiness

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Workday Talent and Performance configuration
• Experience supporting performance review cycles within Workday
• Strong understanding of assessment processes, including 360 reviews and calibrations
• Proficiency in Workday testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Ability to translate defined requirements into effective Workday configurations
