A company is looking for a Workday Talent and Performance Management SME.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support configuration and execution of Workday Talent processes and performance review cycles
  • Provide hands-on functional support and configuration for Workday Talent capabilities
  • Develop and maintain reporting to support the performance cycle and ensure data integrity
Required Qualifications
  • 5-8+ years of Workday HCM experience
  • 3-5+ years focused on Workday Talent/Performance Management
  • Workday Talent & Performance Certification and Workday HCM Certification
  • Experience supporting large global Workday tenants and complex HR governance environments
  • Hands-on Workday Talent configuration experience
