Key Responsibilities
- Support configuration and execution of Workday Talent processes and performance review cycles
- Provide hands-on functional support and configuration for Workday Talent capabilities
- Develop and maintain reporting to support the performance cycle and ensure data integrity
Required Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of Workday HCM experience
- 3-5+ years focused on Workday Talent/Performance Management
- Workday Talent & Performance Certification and Workday HCM Certification
- Experience supporting large global Workday tenants and complex HR governance environments
- Hands-on Workday Talent configuration experience
