Workday Talent Solutions Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance talent processes, the full-time Workday Talent Solutions Specialist will serve as the functional subject-matter expert for Workday Talent modules, configuring and optimizing functionalities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, administer, and optimize Workday Talent modules, including Performance, Goals, and Succession Planning
• Develop reporting solutions to provide insights and support enterprise talent programs through effective system design
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the Workday Talent framework

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field with a minimum of four years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated experience in configuring and optimizing Workday Talent functionality
• Current Workday Talent Certification is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and AI tools is preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
