• 3+ years of experience with Workday integrations and technical configuration
• Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Working knowledge of Workday security, calculated fields, and custom reporting
• Experience with change management processes and system governance
• Background in technical support or troubleshooting enterprise systems
