Workday Technical Analyst

Job Summary

To support business objectives, the full-time Workday Technical Analyst will participate in planning, designing, and implementing technical infrastructure while providing expert support on technical projects remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assess technical needs and translate them into actionable technical plans
• Plan, design, and implement technical infrastructure to support business objectives and ensure system stability
• Provide technical support for projects, including system integration activities and documentation of costs and risks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a related field, or 5+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
• 1-2 years of exposure to Workday, preferred (HCM, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation, Benefits, etc.)
• Familiarity with reporting and data within Workday
