Key Responsibilities
- Support HR teams in using Workday HCM for Talent Acquisition processes
- Provide guidance on Recruitment, ATS, Onboarding, and Offboarding functionalities
- Assess and recommend improvements for HR business processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience
- 10+ years of experience in HR processes, particularly in Talent Acquisition
- Strong understanding of HR compliance, policies, and best practices
- Experience with SaaS HR solutions
