Key Responsibilities

Support HR teams in using Workday HCM for Talent Acquisition processes
Provide guidance on Recruitment, ATS, Onboarding, and Offboarding functionalities
Assess and recommend improvements for HR business processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Computer Science, or a related field
5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience
10+ years of experience in HR processes, particularly in Talent Acquisition
Strong understanding of HR compliance, policies, and best practices
Experience with SaaS HR solutions
