Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Technical Architect.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support HR teams in using Workday HCM for Talent Acquisition processes
  • Provide guidance on Recruitment, ATS, Onboarding, and Offboarding functionalities
  • Assess and recommend improvements for HR business processes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience
  • 10+ years of experience in HR processes, particularly in Talent Acquisition
  • Strong understanding of HR compliance, policies, and best practices
  • Experience with SaaS HR solutions
