Workday Technical Developer

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled Workday Technical Developer, the full-time remote position will focus on designing and developing complex calculated fields and custom reports, configuring business processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the Workday platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex calculated fields, custom reports, and advanced reports using the Workday report writer
• Configure and maintain business processes, condition rules, and approval routing across HCM and Finance
• Collaborate closely with integration developers on report-driven data flows and ensure delivered solutions meet functional needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Five or more years of Workday technical experience
• Deep expertise in Workday report writer including advanced and composite reports
• Strong proficiency with calculated fields across HCM and Finance
• Hands-on experience configuring business processes and condition rules
