Workday Technical Developer

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled Workday Technical Developer, the full-time remote position will focus on configuring and maintaining Workday solutions, developing reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex calculated fields and custom reports using the Workday report writer
• Configure and maintain business processes, condition rules, and approval routing across HCM and Finance
• Collaborate with HR and finance stakeholders to translate requirements into effective Workday configurations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Five or more years of Workday technical experience
• Deep expertise in Workday report writer, including advanced and composite reports
• Strong proficiency with calculated fields across HCM and Finance
• Hands-on experience configuring business processes and condition rules
