Workday Technical Developer
Job Summary
Seeking a skilled Workday Technical Developer, the full-time remote position will focus on configuring Workday solutions, developing custom reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex calculated fields and custom reports using the Workday report writer
- Configure and maintain business processes and security across HCM and Finance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective Workday configurations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Five or more years of Workday technical experience
- Deep expertise in Workday report writer and calculated fields
- Hands-on experience configuring business processes and understanding Workday security framework
- Experience with PRISM Analytics or Workday Extend
