Workday Technical Developer

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled Workday Technical Developer, the full-time remote position will focus on configuring Workday solutions, developing custom reports, and supporting integrations to enhance business processes across HR and finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex calculated fields and custom reports using the Workday report writer
• Configure and maintain business processes, approval routing, and security settings across HCM and Finance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective Workday configurations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Five or more years of Workday technical experience
• Deep expertise in Workday report writer, including advanced and composite reports
• Strong proficiency with calculated fields and configuring business processes
• Hands-on experience with Workday security framework and tenant management
