Workday Technical Developer

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled Workday Technical Developer, the full-time remote position will focus on designing and developing complex reports, configuring business processes, and supporting integration needs to enhance the Workday platform for HR, finance, and IT stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex calculated fields and custom reports using the Workday report writer
• Configure and maintain business processes, condition rules, and approval routing across HCM and Finance
• Collaborate with HR and finance stakeholders to translate requirements into effective Workday configurations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Five or more years of Workday technical experience
• Deep expertise in Workday report writer, including advanced and composite reports
• Strong proficiency with calculated fields across HCM and Finance
• Hands-on experience configuring business processes and condition rules
