Workday Technical Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Technical Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Integration, Report, and Data Conversion and Security workstreams
• Collaborate with the SI Technical Lead and other leads to incorporate technical tasks and dependencies in the development of an IMS (Workday Implementation Plan)
• Assist in the management and mitigation of technical and program risks, resolve technical issues, and serve as the escalation point for technical RAID items

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• At least 7 years of experience in Workday technical delivery, including leading Workday projects
• Experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, and/or Absence Management
• Experience with Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Web Services
• Strong programming skills in XSLT, XML, Java, and/or SQL
