Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Techno functional Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Techno functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) managing stakeholder relationships
• Oversee Workday implementation vendors, assess proposals, and provide recommendations
• Capture business requirements and ensure effective communication between business and IT stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in Workday implementations
• Ability to assess and configure new Workday modules independently
• Strong understanding of Workday functionalities and features
• High emotional intelligence (EQ) for managing relationships with non-technical stakeholders
• Technical and functional skill balance with a focus on priority management
