Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Techno Functional Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the techno functional SME for AI enabled features within Workday HCM
Lead configuration, optimization, and adoption of Workday AI capabilities
Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to embed AI features into core HR processes

Required Qualifications:

6-10+ years of experience across Workday HRIS in a techno functional capacity
Strong functional knowledge of Workday HCM
Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Workday AI features
Strong understanding of security, business processes, and integrations
Experience working in enterprise, multi stakeholder HRIS environments
