Workday Test Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Test Analyst to drive testing activities across Workday Payroll, HCM, and Security modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and execute end-to-end test cases for Workday modules
• Conduct various testing types including data validation and user acceptance testing
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to define testing scope and document results

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)
• Approximately 3+ years of hands-on Workday testing experience
• Experience with test planning and execution frameworks
• Familiarity with testing tools (e.g., JIRA) and SDLC methodologies
• Workday certification(s) in HCM, Payroll, or Security is preferred
