Workday Test Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Test Lead to oversee and drive the end-to-end testing strategy for Workday implementations and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and reporting of software testing across development and maintenance phases
• Develop and own comprehensive test strategies, plans, and procedures based on system specifications and user requirements
• Coordinate and oversee testing activities, including system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related discipline from an accredited college or university
• At least 4 years of software testing experience, including experience leading testing efforts
• At least 3 years of HRMS experience (Workday preferred)
• Workday HCM Certification, or similar Workday foundational certification
• Experience with Jira or similar issue tracking tool
