Workday Test Lead

Job Summary

Workday Test Lead, responsible for driving testing strategy and execution for Workday implementations and enhancements in a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the end-to-end testing strategy for Workday implementations and releases
• Coordinate testing efforts across functional workstreams to ensure alignment with business processes
• Manage defect tracking and resolution, ensuring clear visibility into testing progress and readiness for go-live

Required Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience in testing, QA, or Workday delivery roles
• Hands-on experience leading testing efforts in Workday implementations
• Strong understanding of Workday business processes across HCM and/or Payroll domains
• Experience with UAT coordination, test planning, and defect management
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and client stakeholders during testing cycles
