Workday Test Lead

Job Summary

Owning and driving the end-to-end testing strategy for Workday implementations, the full-time remote Workday Test Lead will manage testing plans, coordinate user acceptance testing, and ensure effective defect tracking and resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive testing plans, including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing
• Lead user acceptance testing execution, coordinating with business users and managing tester enablement and guidance
• Facilitate go/no-go readiness discussions and drive testing governance to ensure clear visibility into testing progress and risks

Required qualifications

• Current Workday Partner HCM Certification
• 5-10+ years of experience in testing, QA, or Workday delivery roles
• Hands-on experience leading testing efforts in Workday implementations
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and client stakeholders during testing cycles
• Experience with payroll parallel testing is strongly preferred
