Workday Test Lead

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end testing strategy for Workday implementations, the full-time Workday Test Lead will manage testing plans, coordinate user acceptance testing, and drive defect resolution in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the testing strategy, including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing
• Coordinate across functional workstreams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and manage defect tracking and resolution
• Facilitate go/no-go readiness discussions based on testing outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement of testing frameworks

Required qualifications

• Current Workday Partner HCM Certification
• 5-10+ years of experience in testing, QA, or Workday delivery roles
• Strong understanding of Workday business processes across HCM and/or Payroll domains
• Experience with UAT coordination and execution, test planning, and defect management
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and client stakeholders during testing cycles
