Workday Time Tracking Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Time Tracking & Absence Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure Workday Time Tracking and Absence based on customer requirements and best practices
• Lead customer working sessions to gather requirements and translate them into configuration
• Support end-to-end testing, issue resolution, and produce project documentation

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday configuration experience in Time Tracking and Absence
• Strong understanding of accruals, eligibility rules, and time calculation rules
• Experience supporting Workday deployments or enhancements in a consulting role
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment with minimal oversight
• Experience with Launch / Launch Express methodology (preferred)
