Workday Time Tracking Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Time Tracking & Absence Consultant (Contract-to-Hire).

Key Responsibilities

• Configure Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules based on business requirements and leading practices
• Lead or support client working sessions to gather requirements and define business rules
• Support end-to-end testing including unit, SIT, and UAT; assist with defect resolution and triage

Qualifications

• Active Workday Time Tracking and/or Absence Certification required
• Proven experience configuring Workday Time Tracking and Absence
• Strong understanding of accruals and eligibility rules
• Knowledge of time entry and time calculation rules
• Experience in absence and leave plan design
