Workday Time Tracking Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely, the Workday Time Tracking Consultant will implement and configure Workday Time Tracking and Absence solutions for enterprise clients, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery while mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure Workday Time Tracking and Absence solutions according to customer requirements and best practices
• Lead customer working sessions to gather requirements and translate them into effective configuration
• Support end-to-end testing and issue resolution related to Time and Absence functionalities

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday configuration experience in Time Tracking and Absence
• Strong understanding of accruals, eligibility rules, and time calculation rules
• Experience in supporting Workday deployments or enhancements in a consulting or in-house role
• Ability to interpret complex policy requirements into scalable configurations
• Experience with Launch / Launch Express methodology (preferred)
