Job Summary
Leading the configuration of Workday's time entry and absence features, the full-time Workday Time Tracking Lead will ensure compliance with labor laws and payroll integration while working remotely from Mexico for a project lasting 9 to 12 months.
Key responsibilities
- Lead workshops to capture time and absence requirements
- Configure time entry templates, schedules, and approval workflows
- Test scenarios related to overtime, PTO requests, and leaves of absence
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in workforce/time/absence systems
- 3+ years of Workday Time/Absence experience preferred
- Certification in Workday is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of accruals, overtime, and leave policies
- Experience with payroll integration
