Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Total Rewards & Talent Architect.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the configuration and administration of Workday Compensation and Benefits, ensuring compliance and scalability
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Core HCM, Talent, and Performance modules, optimizing business processes and workflows
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 triage leadership for HR and Payroll-related Workday support tickets
Required Qualifications
  • 5 to 7 years of progressive Workday experience
  • Deep expertise in Compensation and proven leadership in large-scale merit and base pay cycles
  • Strong experience with job architecture and enterprise redesign initiatives
  • Proven Workday Benefits expertise, including Open Enrollment leadership
  • Experience supporting Talent, Performance, and HCM business process design
