Job Summary
Serving as the change management and training lead, the full-time remote Workday Transformation Enablement Consultant will support successful Workday solution adoption by conducting change impact assessments, developing adoption strategies, and designing end-user training programs.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct change impact assessments across key Workday areas such as HCM, Payroll, and Benefits
- Develop and execute adoption strategies aligned with client goals and deployment approaches
- Design and deliver role-based training programs, including instructor-led sessions and job aids
Required qualifications
- 5-10+ years of experience in change management, training, or organizational enablement, preferably within ERP or HCM implementations
- Hands-on experience supporting Workday deployments in various functional areas
- Strong understanding of Workday business processes and their impact on end users
- Preferred Workday partner certification in any functional area
- Experience supporting multi-country or global deployments
