Workday US Payroll Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday US Payroll Lead Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Workday US Payroll workstream for an in-flight implementation
• Configure Workday Payroll, including calculations, earnings, deductions, taxes, and payroll accounting
• Advise on compliance topics and facilitate working sessions to gather and validate requirements

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Workday US Payroll
• Strong knowledge of US payroll regulatory requirements
• Experience with payroll accounting, period close, and reconciliation
• Experience supporting retirement benefits setup
• Background working with union/CBA requirements is strongly preferred
